Posiciona.pro operates through a monthly subscription system that allows clients to work on content for digital newspapers each month. This document details the terms of use of the service, which includes the writing and dissemination of press releases in digital media, as well as access to the “internal area” platform or App.

Subscription

1.1 Start and Duration

The subscription to Posiciona.pro begins at the time of activation (making the payment) and continues until the Client processes the cancellation. To access the service, it is necessary to provide a valid and current payment method, and supply the correct information for billing and service management. The Client must approve each content on the Posiciona.pro platform before its publication.

1.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless the Client cancels the subscription before the next billing date, they automatically authorize the charge of the subscription fee for the next cycle on the provided payment method.

1.3 Specific Conditions

Any different condition or limitations of some subscription services will be communicated by the commercial agent or specified in the registration. Posiciona.pro may also inform about active promotions by email, from the internal area, or through commercial agents.

Billing Cycle

2.1 Charge

The subscription fee for the Posiciona.pro service will be charged on the payment method associated with the account on the date indicated in the Client area. Generally, the payment date coincides with the day the service is activated.

Payment Methods

3.1 Requirements

It is essential to provide at least one payment method to use the Posiciona.pro service. If the primary method is rejected or not valid, the Client authorizes the charge on any other method linked to the account. The Client is responsible for any unpaid amount.

3.2 Changes

The payment method can be modified in the “Account” section. Service providers and payment processors may update the information according to the data provided by the Client’s bank.

Cancellation and Termination of Service

4.1 Process

The Client can process the cancellation of their subscription at any time before the next renewal date, maintaining access to the service until the end of the billing cycle. Charged fees are non-refundable, and there will be no refunds for unused fees, as the paid articles will remain available to the Client. To cancel, it can be done from the internal area or by sending an email to [email protected].

Use Restrictions

5.1 The Client agrees NOT to:

• (i) Archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, license, create derivative works, sell or use content or information obtained through the Posiciona.pro service.
• (ii) Remove or alter any content protection.
• (iii) Use robots or automatic means to access the service.
